EMPLOYMENT

Absolute Quality, Inc., Hunt Valley, MD

QA Project Lead

Tested and lead a wide variety of entertainment software projects. (a full list of games is in the QA Project History document here)

·       Began as a tester on various interactive entertainment products. Found and documented problems of various levels of severity, and submitted suggestions to improve the games.

·       In 2003, Vivendi Universal requested that I work personally on-site with Radical Entertainment in Vancouver, BC as an expert in PlayStation 2 TRC certification.  Several months were spent integrated with the existing team to ensure a smooth submission on a tight schedule.  My SKU passed on the first submission.

·       After a year at the company, I was promoted to Quality Assurance Project Lead.  I lead quality assurance projects for consoles, PC, and cell phones. Under my lead, no console submissions failed certification.

·       Lead a project certifying cell phone games for a major cell phone network, and another project leading a team of testers performing quality assurance on the porting of cell phone games across hundreds of phones.  Well over ten thousand builds went through my team’s testing process on the porting project alone.
